Angela earned a perfect score on the Society of Wine Educators Certified Specialist of Spirits exam, and holds WSET Level 1 and Level 2 Awards in wines and spirits, both passed with distinction. In practice that means you can walk in knowing nothing about the difference between a gentle Speyside and something peaty and coastal, and walk out with the right bottle for what you actually want.
It also means we will tell you when the cheaper bottle is the better bottle. That happens more often than the industry likes to admit.
